$500k homes, i remember i used to go on Zillow and Realtor not so many years ago checking out homes for sale in Georgia, and i was seeing homes from $60k to $100k, obviously they weren't the biggest homes and some needed work, i wish i would have screen shot them at the time, but it feels to me like prices of homes have doubled, tripled, Quadrupled. it's crazy. never seen anything like it in my life. it's same here in UK, it's like all the gubment are in on it together, fuel goes up in UK, fuel Goes up in America, House prices, rent prices, food prices go up in UK, same happens in America, definitely deliberate in some way...UK and America is 4,000 miles apart but things seem to happen in both places at the same time.. i'm not having it. something is going on.

This area looks amazing! Great video my new friend! I love the Insta360's software removing the selfie pole. But it's kind of sad to see this plant in such a state of abandonment. But still pretty in it's own way... Great video, much love! 😎👋

Thank you, I like the software too, but I still have to figure it out. Did you see the Lilly Pond in Rex the other day? I will check out your videos latter tonight.

I have passed through Centre several times in years past. I grew up in north central Alabama (Decatur) and have several distant family that reside in North Georgia, so when I was younger my family would occasionally pass through here to go visit those relatives. I myself have been living in Georgia for many years and while this is not the route I would take to go back to Alabama to visit family, I have taken it a few times just to change up and see something different. I will say that the downtown section has not changed much at all over the years, but the edge of town has grown with the eating places and a Walmart store. Did you notice as you were driving into town on the right side there was a house that had a couple of palm trees in the yard. You don’t normally see palms growing that far north and away from the ocean. If you would have purchased land in that area or anywhere around Lake Weiss, you would be in great financial shape now as lake front lots are astronomically high in price now. Small half acre lake front lots were going for $25,000 five years ago are now running $80,000. However, real estate across the country is outrageously off the chain. Thanks for the ride.

i'm usually quite forgiving on vehicles, i always look on the bright side and try to be optimistic, i also imagine how nice it could look after the work has been done. BUT.. when i saw the side of that van all dented and twisted up, i was like "nah, too much work, time and money to fix that" it would be ok if you was an autobody specialist you'd fix it up in no time for not much money, but if you're not it will cost a fortune.. there will be nicer ones out there, it's always worth spending more to get a nicer, cleaner vehicle.

Those factories have held up quite well to the elements, i'd say spend a few thousand on replacing the windows and a bit of inside work, i recon them places would be able to run again just fine. but i suspect the big wigs will step in soon and they will be torn down instead

These building are full of Asbestos and will take a LOT of Money to put back into service. Unless they can be added to the National Historic list so the government can put money into them, they will sit like this for a long time. The GE Plant in Rome is the same.

i remember watching an episode of top gear once and they ran a car off cow dung, they obviously had to modify the engine slightly but it worked, i remember the car not having as much power with the cow fumes than it did running from petrol, but it ran fine. that episode aired about 15 years ago, it was Richard Hammond that did it.

Cry? LOL!!! Not I!! Maybe these type of videos are what tickles your fancy!!! Way back when he was trying to get things rolling, I promoted him on other traveler sites and he did get subscribers from that. And every once in a while there is a video with substance. But I, for one, only stop by once in a while to see if anything has changed, and to date, not...just pavement and trees, though I do enjoy his talks...he makes me laugh...it is not my thing, but yet I understand he is living his life doing what he enjoys, and more power to him!!! I am in no way degrading him nor am I CRYING...and there will ALWAYS be child minded folks on youtube who enjoy putting someone else down. Thanks for reading my posts 🙂 And just so you are aware, I have invited him to contact me if he ever gets out in my neck of the woods, and I will treat him to a delicious Pacific Northwest seafood dinner!!!

You Both are very good and loyal viewers and I appreciate you both very much. I know any comment that may seem negative is just a pointer to help me build more viewers and more watch time, not an actual dig at me or the videos, so I hope comments made by some are not taken wrong by anyone. All comments are welcome and appreciated. Thank you both for your support and long time viewing of the videos.

Coolant sensor for the pcm? Usually when that’s bad it will have a hard time starting because it won’t know how much fuel to add, because it doesn’t know the temperature of the engine.
@rcmcrmc10 күн бұрын
That is a very good point I did not think about, but it turned out to be a bad auto shut down relay. After replacing it with an aftermarket from a parts store, I replaced it with a mopar and it cranked right up. ??? It is just a relay,,,, so it does not make sense to me. I also changed the crank position sensor but i do not think it was at fault. Thank you for your comment and for watching the videos
@JacobEcret10 күн бұрын
@@rcmcrmc you are right, that doesn’t make sense. I can’t see any logical way for an ASD relay to cause a hard cold start, but if it works, who cares right 😃. Also be very careful with aftermarket crank sensors in mopars, for some reason they are very finicky
