This has been the Battlefield experience since at least BF4. Buggy release eventually gets fixed with a ton of patches. Then the next Battlefield release is buggy and people start praising the previous release as if it were a masterpiece the whole time. Eventually the game gets fixed over time. A new Battlefield is released in a buggy unfinished state yet again, etc...
