An Ice Age comes about in a completely different way than has been told so far. An Ice Age is the result of the peak of five natural disasters that occur one after the other in a cycle. Thumbs up. Well done presentation, but I disagree with some of it. Entanglement is a locally produced relationship between entangled particles, which facilitates the prediction of certain correlations. Because entanglement is a relationship, the distance between detectors doesn't matter provided that the entangled particles are isolated from external influences (after the entanglement operation, and prior to the production of detection attributes at separated detectors}. In which case then there's a good chance that resulting correlations will violate a mathematical inequality relevant to the preparation. In which case the presence of entanglement can be inferred. The quantum entanglement relationship is mediated by the classical conservation laws. The relationship produced between the momenta of billiard balls subsequent to their interacting with each other is analogous to the relationship produced between the momenta of particles subsequent to their interacting with each other. So, at least in the case of relatively simpler quantum entanglement experiments (such as Aspect 1982), classical intuition is applicable and facilitates an understanding of the essence of quantum entanglement, even though the precise mechanics of it remains a mystery. Regarding Einstein and EPR, he wanted a theory that is a description of physical reality, rather than the somewhat non-mechanical mathematical formalism of the quantum theory. But of course that wasn't possible then, and it's still not possible. He said that either the quantum theory is incomplete, or there's spooky action at a distance. Well, quantum theory is clearly incomplete as a description of the physical reality of the quantum realm. It might be more accurately called, Quantum Non-Mechanics. Which brings us to Bell's Theorem. The archetypal Bell Inequality sets a boundary on correlations, and led to other inequalities which are used as 'entanglement witnesses', i.e., if they are violated in an experiment, then it's inferred that entanglement has been produced. There was insufficient knowledge of the quantum realm in Einstein's and Bell's time to formulate a viable theory of the contents and the mechanics, i.e., a hidden variable theory, of the quantum realm, and that's still the case. Non-locality is an unfortunate misnomer or mischaracterization that became part of the quantum physics lexicon due, at least in part, to misunderstanding and misinterpretation of Bell's stuff. There's just no evidence for non-local causation, and, as I've mentioned, the essence of quantum entanglement can be understood in terms of classical physics intuition. The mechanics, the physical reality, of the quantum realm remains unknown. Therefore, it's meaningless to say that it's weird and inaccessible via classical physics intuition. Premature attempts at interpreting the mathematical formalism of the quantum theory have resulted in discussions about and solutions to a lot of pseudo-problems which do nothing to advance the science of quantum physics.
