I'd say maybe a internal fault with the actuator OR its set to higher pressure then what you think before it is able to divert excessive boost build up. It could also have a internal failure/fault but has nothing to do with making your car perform better. if the actuator wasn't on there the waste gate wouldn't be able to prevent the turbo from basically over-spinning and destroying itself. If your having a lack of power I'd check for codes before anything else...I'm a 2nd year apprentice working at a Nissan dealership :)

Thanks you so much, I follow what you say and it was really the actuator , i buy a new one and now the Turbo is working properly, thank you so much .
