Nice! Glad you were able to get out and enjoy the forest. Clearing trees gave you easy firewood. Turns out I need hand surgery, so I'm about a month away from enjoying the forest. It's okay, though, I'll miss the heat and fire bans in June, and then will look forward to the monsoon storms and cooler temps in July and the rest of the summer months. My go-to spot is in the Coconino National Forest in northern Arizona. Can't wait! I'll be watching your forest videos for motivation until I get there myself lol. Cheers! Pete in Arizona - KI7LIL

Super nice setup! I was looking at an AF 865 to put on my F350 The dealer advised me to find a lighter camper because AF tends to exaggerate the actual weight of their campers when they ship them out. Have you weighed yours? Those springs are awesome, I seen a youtuber go to their facility seems like a great company.
@Banditoboondocker
@Banditoboondocker Ай бұрын
You would be fine. Just add airbags and 12 ply tire. I admit the first time I loaded the camper I was overwhelmed. After all the truck upgrades and 10k plus miles I’ve hauled it around it seems pretty normal now. Going from 10 ply tires to 12 ply tires made a big difference. Im always aware to make sure I’m not hauling a bunch of extra stuff in the camper. Camper life is always keeping in mind on whether you actually need that extra stuff/weight or not. I did a ton of research before buying my camper. I believe AF has the best setup/ functions for truck campers. Hope this helps.
