Is it a bad idea to have a single KZfaq channel, but making content for two distinctly different ideal client niches? If I have two different channels, my fear is that residential leads will stumble upon my land channel, or the land leads will stumble upon my residential channel and may conclude I'm not the realtor they want. Is there an effective way to communicate from a single platform that I serve more than one niche of real estate?
