Please don't call that dance Maxixe. Because it is NOT. Google "Maxixe Dança" in Portuguese to see the real thing. It much more daring than what the fringe event featured.

Magnifique, quelle harmonie d'ensemble entre les magnifiques danseurs et la musique. Merci pour ce très beau spectacle.
Too bad all of us in the comment section can't just come together to recreate this

In here people are just watching while the photographers do their job. I wish it would just be like this. Where people can just enjoy something without the phones

This waltz by Joseph Strauss is well named Delirien. It keeps running through my mind. I keep coming back to enjoy the beautiful melding of elegant dancing and music. This was the rehearsal so the noisy onlookers were simply cheering the dancers on. However it was also filmed at the actual Ball, where the crowd were much more restrained and is the version I prefer to watch.

Im kinda having the feeling that all of their dresses are kinda smooth and plain with no designs....and then 2 or afew of them has the real ballroom princess gown-

Class and decency in dance are no longer a part of the American culture… these are Ladies and Gentlemen which no longer are recognized and appreciated for the finer things in life… and are no longer present or admired in our society… this would be considered… politically incorrect for reasons that only promote separating and criticizing those with standards and values…

I'm never keen on choreography that goes beyond a hesitation to actually back up on the line of dance.
