Brazilian June Party dance but make it European

This waltz by Joseph Strauss is well named Delirien. It keeps running through my mind. I keep coming back to enjoy the beautiful melding of elegant dancing and music. This was the rehearsal so the noisy onlookers were simply cheering the dancers on. However it was also filmed at the actual Ball, where the crowd were much more restrained and is the version I prefer to watch.

Im kinda having the feeling that all of their dresses are kinda smooth and plain with no designs....and then 2 or afew of them has the real ballroom princess gown-
