We all dance like this in Egypt especially in weddings, parties etc. Don’t judge our culture by yours. Just for an example it’s ok in the western culture for men to wear earrings in the Egyptian culture this is considered gay. I hope you get the point.

Probably not in the Egyptian culture men dance belly dancing as well as women specially in weddings. The odd part is that a male guy takes it as a profession.

Wow! I just left you a heartfelt note from a video posted 14 years ago. As I said I'd go next look for more videos and here you are. Better than ever! Belly dance has a special place in my heart. I had a friend in the 90's, Michelle, a drop-dead gorgeous young woman from Rio de Janeiro, a Brazilian like me, and she introduced me to belly dance. She danced at my b'day party in a gorgeus whilte and gold costume, before returning to Rio. All my guests, specially the boys, were watching her literally with their jaws to the floor, in trance! Well, it would be a thrill to be able to attend one of your future workshops! I'll keep an eye out for you! Much love e respect, Pedro

Oh I'm so glad I found you! While in social distancing/quarantine I've been going through old photographs and I found a whole bunch with you in them. You, me Rocky at Ali Babas in the Poconos (NJ) but what year? LOL Maybe 1998 or 1999? It sure brought back memories. I hope you are well!

MY RESPECT AND ADMIRATION, TRUTH! In 2005-2006 my Moroccan friend was teaching me belly dance and explained tome the different styles ( I guess yours/this is Egyptian, right? In 2006-2007 I took belly dance classes from a Turkish nelly dancer. I have so much respect for this beautiful art as I know how hard it it to perform it so GRACEFUL and classy as you did! I’m sure this is one of your passions! The hours dedicated to be able to perform that is beyond imagination. Again: this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL 🤩 and graceful! I hope one day to be able to go to one of your performances in NYC. My admirations: Paula

Well then Egypt and all of North Africa is full of gays because you see them at every wedding dancing like this.

@@tariksultan yes Egypt contain so many gay people but the government didn't allow them to show their identity and they are hiding all the time so the boys decided to do belly dance as expression of their identity but still the Egyptian government are tough and strict at gay people
