The chronograph pusher on mine is rather crisp feeling and activates as you would expect of a column wheel movement, a slightly heavy push but a precise snap.

Well, it is clear that there are better quality steel bracelets for not much money from third parties but there is also something to trying to keep what might be considered a collectable in the future, as original as possible. Of course if you just want the utility of a wristwatch (which we really no longer need as we all have smart phones), just get an inexpensive quartz watch which can also become collectables because everyone treats them like trash that can be readily replaced. Mind you, Seiko 5's were also intended as entry level watches for utility and to be easily replaced but the fact that many were just used for utility and tossed out instead of maintained, this added to their collectability as the serial numbers and calibre numbers on their steel casebacks was sufficient to date the waych and to sometimes guess at their factory of assembly. Of course, as of 2019, Seiko no longer formulates the serial code on the manufacturing date thereby complicating their collectability.

I bought this one .. I would however recommend getting the unbranded automatic version - better lum and well automatic for not much more.

Hey Aviv! Received my new Militado Vintage BB58 today. WOW!!! What a timepiece! For the price point, I'm not sure it can be beat. Build quality is excellent, up there with many higher-end, similar model designs. Have not had it long enough to comment on time keeping accuracy, but wow does it run smooth, silent! And the 'lume issue' is a non-issue, because on my example, all lumed areas on the dial match perfectly. No variations whatsoever with the hands being a different shade from the remainder of the dial. The bracelet seems to be a very good quality. Considering on changing to a leather strap, but not decided yet. Everything about the purchase was 'spot on', so glad I saw your video review of the ML06! Thanks again!

Field watches are a bit meh. The Berny watch I'm most excited about is the one with pointers instead of hands - it seems to be a unique design? although it might be an homage to a watch I've never heard of.

At least they didn’t copy the crown. This watch looks good. I have two different Berny watches and the quality is good. But I also have the Sinn 556 A. And I can highly recommend to buy the original. The lume is not really good but the build quality and the ar coating will blow you away. 🕐⚙️🍸

This is a peace of crap company Boderry. I just bought a watch that arrived not working. Nothing, so the quality control is ZERO. On top of that, they only substitute if you pay yourself and arrange it to return the watch all the way to china, which ends up costing more than the watch. Your have an obligation to your viewers to caution everyone about this because this company is a fraud!!

I have many watches from Aliexpress. They are similar to Sub, BB54, Speedmaster, Celebration and Explorer and I have absolutely no intention of wasting money buying the "real thing". The best thing is that, being quartz, they are more robust and MASSIVELY, more accurate. I could not be more pleased with my purchases and this Berny may well be my next purchase.

I got the black dial version without branding some months ago. For the price I cannot complain at all. The one point that makes it feel a bit cheap to me is that it is so lightweight. I bought it as a substitute for an Archimede watch that looks similar, but costs about 1000 EUR.

Mr. Cadisen has no lum at all if he does how long does it last? Cadisen does not have water resistance, it says 100 m, check it, test it. I have Khuraburi and Vanuatu and every day of waiting is overpaid. If it's 7 years old, it's worth it. Cadisen has no lum. Prove if there is. .Don't fool people, Helma bracelet is heavier than Cadiisen with a watch. About quality.... If you have to wait, wait, don't confuse people.

I love your videos! Great looking watch but I had bad customer experience just trying to locate the watch after paying. Unworn, I asked to return. Their rules encourage you to NOT return - watch subject to a $50-200 “Reboxing fee”. That’s after the customer is responsible for shipping fees. I took my chance on eBay to limit my losses. Still took a $40 hit after fees, but was looking at a minimum of $60-70 just to return unworn.

I like the look of this watch but struggle with titanium which I find insubstantial. I bought the Berny SNK homage and whilst I appreciated it, it left me cold, mostly because I had an emotional connection to the SNK, and I’m not sure about homages that don’t cost much less than the original

Thanks for the review. The 556 is a grail for Me too and I also have the Berny to scratch the itch. I love this as the movement makes it a great pick up and go watch.

Good review 👍, I bought the full lume dial on the strap (horrible colour, but I dyed it black) the lume is very good, it shines like a torch at night. I find it is a great watch for outdoors and in the workshop, it is so slim it never gets in the way and is so light I forget I'm wearing it.

To be very honest, I don't like it. The watch look flimsy, the bracelet looks very cheap. I know its a quartz and you don't need the crown to wind the watch. But the tiny little crown looks wrong to me.

A 556i isn't expensive.

I have this watch with a sterile dial in titanium. I was initially drawn to the utilitarian Sinn design, and have been appreciating all the other pluses as you've mentioned. I like the hidden crown, and certainly can't beat the cost for titanium. Overall, it has quickly become a favorite. Thanks for the detailed review!
