People don't realize how young this Lexington team was then. they were all sophomores. They won state in 5A this year as seniors...Fort has a team of JV guys coming up that might be back though. Summerville couldn't close the deal this past season like Fort did.. Fort just knew how to use their athletes better.

Joyce's production doesn't always flash like Milaysia. Where as Joyce is a quiet storm, Milaysia is a thunder storm. However both are storms that you have to take seriously especially if you play South Carolina next season. Let's Go Gamecocks!!!!

Big Fulwiley fan. I think this was a really good game. Not for nothing, #11 on the other team made every other 3 she shot. If she hadn’t rushed her shot, it was wet. But I get it and I’ve been in that position before.

Malaysia will be the starting PG after Raven leaves at the end of 2025. Lady Gamecocks are loaded for the foreseeable future. I predict Joyce Edwards will get significant playing time next year.

Fort had good athletes and Ashley Ridge had better basketball players but Ashley Ridge had a TRASH HEAD COACH so it got them in the end. He killed the whole basketball program and the coach after him sucks as well.

That was a great way to keep containment that #4 for Summerville did at 4:02 . He forced the blocker to the outside which funneled the runner back inside into the defenders...Good football
