I’m 32 & was told the other day my heart EF is 30-20%, my bp is too low to give meds, & my wbc is a little low so I’m in heart failure. I’ve never used drugs or drank alcohol & I go to the gym 4 times a week. Dr said I’m going to do the halter monitor for 1 day, then an echocardiogram, then a stress test (getting on tread mill & putting die in my body to take pix of my heart) if it hasn’t improved that we will have to try a tiny dose of the meds but it will possibly make me pass out due to my bp being so low. If that doesn’t help, we have to talk surgery. If that doesn’t work I have to go on heart transplant list. Please pray for me. I have an 11 year old I can’t leave behind & im not ready to go yet
