Awesome content. I follow both of you guys and I totally agree with everything you guys have talked about. I have been in the sports and Pokémon hobby since the 90s and did take a break for about 15 years. I wished I have saved my 1st edition Pokémon cards but I didn’t. I have 2 kids and the past couple years they have been collecting Pokémon also. I still stick most of my collection to sports cards. I have seen a lot of different things in the past couple years with both hobby’s. I do set up as a dealer in a small show about twice a month. I do this to fund mine and my kids collections. This hobby is amazing and I feel everyone should be part of it. The price points are for everyone just as long as people can manage there money. I treat this hobby like the stock market. Everyone wants to buy low and sell high and the collectors definitely want there collection to rise. If it didn’t why would people collect. I try to be fair with all my prices and I don’t care about making millions off one sale at a show. Most dealers want to strike it rich for there cards at the shows and there isn’t anything wrong that I just want the hobby to grow and I don’t mind making deals for everyone, especially kids. Kids are the future of this hobby and throwing in a few freebies to the kids is awesome. When I started being a dealer at my local show a lot of the dealers there didn’t like me to much because my prices were great and I was giving the kids all kinds of freebies. Once some of the dealers started talking to me and seeing what I knew about the hobby they started to see and realize my knowledge of this hobby and I try to have people see the hobby through my eyes. It doesn’t matter if you collect, buy, sell, flip etc. this hobby is for everyone and you just need to manage your money and wait for the good deal and never never have the fear of missing out “FOMO”. A lot can be taught to the kids in this hobby also it teaches them how to negotiate and make deals. All of this at a young age will only help them in the future when they are older.

Rather than using any tape I simply put the top loader open side first into a small team bag and seal it tightly. Card can't fall out and no residue on top loaders

Help me out. What is the more valuable card? A Bowman First or a Bowman rookie?

I have invested a fortune into cards in the last four years. Great being back from when I was a dealer many years ago. I have found ways to invest that have given me amazing returns. Subscribe to catch my videos going forward 📈🔥
