I totally understand what you’re trying to say but if you’ve been in the manifesting game for a decade at some point you realize just “turning down stream” wasn’t enuf bcuz you learned about and started implementing self concept work. So even if you’re not consciously looking for past trauma, like inner child work, suggests you still had to improve how you saw yourself as it relates to what you’re manifesting. Meaning you still had to change the old story around unworthiness, pedalizing your desires, transmuting old stories around inferiority etc. So despite how one labels it, “inner child work” or self concept those of us who’ve been manifesting long enuf know that you flipping thoughts is only going to get you so far, no?

My question is how to persist?? Because it gets tiring. I cry, give up and start again. I feel like once i cry and give up I've lost momentum and i have to start again

I can say from personal experience and I’m sure other people can too. Doing healing work/shadow work/being self aware is great, but you can overdo it to a point where you’re just ruminating on everything “wrong” about you and think that everything is your fault. Negative thoughts and emotions will never end until you choose to cut them off. If i let it, my mind can always come up with something for me to be sad about, why i can’t do this, something that could go wrong, and on and on and on. it’s like once i conquer one negative feeling, another one is waiting. Best to just cut them off entirely. For several months my guides told me, “stop entertaining darkness”, meaning stop giving negative thoughts and feelings attention.

Nothing beats loving yourself exactly as you are when you're sad too ❤ it's crazy how quick you stop feeling sad once you actually just accept yourself and cry when you need to cry! I watched your video about transmuting grief over and over, applied it and it took only 5 days of tears, shorter and shorter each day and then cracked on with new story and got first major movement with SP within 17 days!!!! I had far worse situations in the past pre learning about loa that I took forever to grieve because I just wouldn't let the emotions out properly, plus didn't know I could change the situation!❤ By the way I am pro-therapy to a point, BUT even in therapy eventually it comes down to: How are you going to talk to yourself now? Aka affirming!

Wow. I wasn’t really sure and I was wondering if the parallel realities were all in 3D or just possibilities that exist as energy. So the universe confirmed it twice through a story i found on Reddit and this video. I was still having doubts about the parallel realities or is it manipulation.
