I was just reflecting back to when I started my spiritual journey. It was around 2014 as well. Atbthe time my lifeba bit all over the place i was grounded. I started meditating and learning about metaphysical practices.

Great question: airtight bag that’s sealable like a ziplock then taken to a hazardous waste facility If it’s only an amount to remove polish you can still put in a ziplock and dispose in the trash. But it’s all based on how much.
