According to Mark 16 and Luke 8:2, she had been delivered from 7 demons in which Jesus cast out of her. One of those demons could have very well functioned as the spirit of sexual lust and perversion which is why most people referred to her as such. I'm not going to say it's a fact but one main spirit that has been trying to control and function in the lives of ALL MEN/WOMEN/CHILDREN back then and even now is sexual lust and perversion. If she was heavily influenced by 7 demons, that could have very well been one of them. Most people who are demonically influenced with that many demons can very well function in sexual lust and perversion. Sexual lust and perversion is one of the top agendas that the devil has been pushing as a major influence back then and still to this day. Also, there isn't anything in the Bible that says one of those 7 demons wasn't either but with 7 demons functioning in a person, it's not that far fetched.

He did not cast "prostitution demons" out of any other prostitute / adulter that Jesus interacted with, including the woman at the well, the one who bathed his feet with her tears and hair, and the one who was to be stoned to death. I stopped at Mary Magdalene’s part. She was not a “night walker”. This was a lie made up by men because they were jealous of her faith. She was the first to see the risen Christ and we call her the apostle to the apostles. Her true story is amazing and often falsely told.
