Our car is hit in our parking lot. It is hit by snow removal truck. It is hired by my owner. But now the snow removal guy refuse to accept it. We don’t have video proof but have eye witnesses who saw that. Now police are taking side with the suspect and not doing any investigation saying to us that “suspect denied working on that day” The problem is eye witness saw a snow removal truck but they are claiming it’s some other truck not their’s Please help me we are immigrants and these people are torturing us. The loss is 7000$ we are in loan and we have to throw our car now.

In some countries the attorney General, is viewed by the whole country as the court jester, or clown, due to his poor knowledge of the law, the judges are poorly schooled, their decision is viewed by the General citizenery as being bought, they have to get some one else to do the writing on their decision, when this happens, from the head to toe is very corrupt and law enforcement is comedy,

My ex and I have a 9 year old daughter (never married, we were common law). We signed a seperation agreement in August 2018 and I wish to change some of things in it. Stuff like having my daughter from Friday to Sunday evening instead of Friday to Saturday evening, removing certain clauses like giving my ex 400$ for Christmas gifts for my daughter and 400$ for gifts during my daughter's birthday. Ridiculous clauses that shouldn't be in there in the first place. My ex refuses to change anything so I would like a judge to make a decision. I pay 1100$/m in child support (including my cut of daycare fees) and never missed a single payment. I would like to reprend myself to save a bunch of money instead of hiring an expensive lawyer. I suppose the forms in this video apply to me in if I want to initate the whole process? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Courts in Ontario... Canadas largest scam taking nothing but money from real Canadians. Judges are scum bags not honorable.... I tell nothing but the truth but refuse to pay for the truth... scum judges don't care about truth scum judges just want your hard earned money and demand to be called honorable..... nothing but filthy scum in Ontario supporting fake lying woman and pedophiles.

They accept less than 10% of cases. The Rules state a party needs permission to bring the appeal unless there was dissent at the provincial court of appeal level. Very steep uphill battle for SRLs appealing to Supreme Court. They make their own rules, aren’t accountable to anyone, accept whatever cases they wish… odds are heavily opposed for success at this level. Cases should have some national importance as well.

Also- I wanted to ask anyone out there. For help and suggestion with how to disability retire early? It's hard on me to work after the effects of my crucifixion- and I still have 39 years left here on earth before I return home. I have been honest about being under continual mind control- etc etc. I have social security that I would like to access for permeant Retirment. If anyone out there knows? Please let me know.

My guess- about the law firm that made the error to redact documents from the public. Easy- no taxation without representation. I am guessing the legal firm knew that the military was funded by the lucifer family- they used the pretense that it was privately funded. However- their error- I would have been the only person- that could have given permission for them to redact, and I never gave that permission.
