The Mark 3 face lift (2019-2021) doesn't seem to have much in the way of aftermarket parts vs the fist gen of the mark 3 (which is what is in the video). Some things may still fit, but not sure about the grill since the lines seem off to me.

You installed the strut backwards. I Googled this and it said the shaft should be down so that the piston is lubricated every time it’s opened and closed.

Yes! I didn’t do anything besides adding a subwoofer and an amplifier, but everything was plug and play…

I see there are two harnesses on Ali express for the android radio. Did you have to pay for the different connector? They refer to it as an A connector and B connector, one has rca cables on it with white connectors and the the other with black connectors. Any idea which one worked for you?
