If you understand basic phsyiological processes, you would know that serotonin can not cross the blood brain barrier. So, any serotonin produced in your gut will not affect mental disorders and "fix" depression directly. Gut health is important and can indirectly influence mental well-being if not taken care of (eg., persistant inflammation of the gut can cause can affect serotonin mildly due to increased inflammatory responses affecting tryptophan metabolism). However, it would rarely be a major cause of depression in itself, which is usually genetic, environmental, or due to poor lifestyle habits. I understand that you have to sell your book but every patient is different and has different reasons for their depression. There is no one size fits all approach or one book fits all approach. If you really are a qualified MD as you claim then this is pathetic. That being said, improving your gut health can be used as a minor boost to help with depression as part of a much larger intervention but it is not a major "cure" or "fix" for depression in itself unless the patient has extremely serious gut health problems which should be picked up by their doctors quite easily.

Yes, this is real. My son (13) and I had impeccable health before moving into an apartment unknown to me with 23 smart meters attached to my bedroom wall. In 9 months we both started having digestive and flu like symptoms . The fatigue and digestive issues hung around off and on for 2 years. I started having night terrors and panic attacks, severe insomnia. My son was sleeping on the opposite end of the apartment thank God! But, my health in 2022 tanked. I was on disability as I could barely walk to the bathroom and was too exhausted to make a meal. Horrible pain, migraines for weeks with no break. Heart palpitations, tremors, temperature dysregulation, severe joint pain, numbness, extreme food sensitivities, vertigo and muscle weakness. We are 11 months out of the apartment and still not completely better but 80% there. I believe Covid and mold added to the stress on the body creating more dysfunction. Most symptoms have completely resolved but brain fog, digestive issues and fatigue is less but still flaring up due to histamine issues and leaky gut. I pray these studies lead to more oversight on these utility companies.

CVS is not my friend. First, they gave Donald Trump 20 million dollars towards his campaign so I stopped using them. Then the procured my prescription insurance so now I can only use them. Then they screwed up the dosage on my meds four times. This was a purely political move on the CEO. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

We need more crazy covert narcissists as tv programming actors. Covert Narcissists are the most dangerous form of narcissism. My Mom is a covert narc who pretends to “suffer from” EHS which is obviously not real. Covert Narcissism is treatable a mental health illness.

Thank you Dr Nandi for listening and sharing Mary's story. As an EHS sufferer myself for over 20+ years, it was heart warming to hear Mary's story and know that you are not alone. My doctor performed a number of tests, eliminated other possible causes and conditions and diagnosed me as EHS 5 years ago. My doctor made reference to the following guidelines from the Austrian Medical Association, which was very helpful in helping to manage my EHS symptoms: www.avaate.org/IMG/pdf/MEDICOS_AUSTRIA_RECOMENDACIONES_EMF-Guideline.pdf The key treatment for a sufferer is to avoid EMFs where possible, measure the EMFs in their home and make their home a low radiation environment. This will promote healing and reduce their sensitivity to EMFs, and then their health will improve greatly.

My journey of EHS didn't start with microwave energy alone it started when I worked under High voltage powerlines within 15-20 metres and next to a powerful transformer box in a Early Childhood centre settings. I didn't know why I started to feel so tired, pins and needles etc. I also grew up playing near overhead high voltage lines. Earthing works best in a low radiation environment.
