the sun visors on these helmets are terrible that’s why I wouldn’t recommend them I have an ILM dual sport Helmet and the sun visor is too short and it’s a pain in the ass fr that’s why I’m getting a better helmet from a different helmet brand that’s cheaper band better sun visor wise

If the device and the helmet Bluetooth have been previously paired, the helmet Bluetooth will automatically connect to the device if the device is not connected to another Bluetooth device and the helmet Bluetooth is switched on. If the device is already connected to a Bluetooth device, the existing connection must be disconnected before connecting to the helmet Bluetooth.

Bought my 2nd helmet from them a full modular helmet and the cheek padding was very thick. I tried for a month to call and email numerous times ended up sending them back. I heard they had good customer service but I literally had to send my gear back over them not being able to give me 2 seconds of their time

Purchased two of these on Amazon and they will not connect to one another. Customer support is non-existent. I have sent an email but no response. I have tried calling the customer support number, but its not valid. The instruction manual is vague and poorly written. The other issue I am having is that I can pair the helmets to my phone, but am only able to stream bluetooth music to one helmet at a time. Either or, but not both at the same time. On my previous bluetooth helmets (different brand) I could stream music to both helmets at the same time and use the intercom at any time by pressing the function button. These iLM helmets are expensive for what they are. The fit and features are good, but the whole reason for buying them (bluetooth functionality / intercom capability) does not work. If you are reading this and are considering buying two or more of these to use for riding, don't waste your money and keep looking. I should have read the reviews from everyone else who seem to be having this EXACT same problem.

I feel helmet is damaged or not should not be criterion. The sensors picking up the g forces or impact inside are crucial. Because in a crash I don’t care if helmet is complete broken as long as my head is safe. My point of view.

These new quick release straps suck. Sometimes I wear a rag, sometimes not. With a D-Ring, I put the helmet on, pull strap and ride. With this new fangled quick release, you have to: Put helmet on, pull strap, hold the quick release tightly, take helmet off, weave strap, put helmet back on. If not tight enough, take helmet off, unweave strap, put helmet on, pull strap, hold strap. Hell, by this time my buddies are 10-20 miles down the road.
