For sure I don't know if you heard the trial of the got the transcript or whatever but it's all of those women that got up there you go down to this me and when it was cross-examine all of them lied all of them had different stories and some of the women said they drove where he was some of them said that they would call this a systems and get plane tickets to go so all of this stuff is just a bunch of lies and you know I guess I don't even know where my live here in Memphis but it's sad to me how they went by doing this man they even went in and used his trial from 2008 and all of that they put all of that together that's what they did this sad to me how you can go in at you want a person just so bad that you will go into it to the extreme to bring them down and destroy their lives and I'm praying for all those women and he's the only one that went down and was accused for everything can you go one of the young women got on Stan and said it wasn't R.Kelly that was beating her it was her her mom and dad making her do the things that she did the blackmail this man all of this stuff came up in court and it's sad to me the way and Donnelly was with this man from the beginning I don't think she cared that much for me anyway every time they went in for a pill she was denying it and everything evil will see us when it was time for them to do that you deserve to go back she gave them instructions on what to do and they came back they went in that Friday they came back that Monday with a verdict just that quick so then they giving this man he got to wait several months before he even be sentence for something InStyler to believe that you would take this young man 50 something years old and Destroy his whole life and you can't say he destroyed his life you know you going to accuse somebody having sex so that's a crime not to have sex with different women a different man just let it make sense to me and I'm not holding up form but right is just right and what they doing and just as long as you want to look at it just like with Bill Cosby he went to trial and they convicted him 123 other say them free of them three years and if they have the letters that they could have let him stay the night longer they would have let him stay in there longer then they got mad cuz he was out until that devil is not tasted it happened now they're having a party because he has him but God going to bring him out of it and he going to be hell God get through with him this time he going to be something else to deal with the devil been trying to kill them from the beginning why didn't they arrest his sister why do they put her on State and she molested him at the age of seven till he was fourteen and a man down the street why didn't they arrest them where are the parents why didn't they put them on the why wouldn't they arrested

I feel like I'm living in an "Alternate Universe" on another Planet!! In my 59 yrs on this earth I have NEVER seen so many people "Stuck On Stupid" living in "STUPID LAND" in Desperate Need of "Daily Dum Dum Pills"!! I began my gov't career as a Peace Officer @ CA DVI (aka "Gladiator School") when it was a Level 3 & 4 Prison and it's Totally Unbelievable how many people that are actually DEFENDING this man........He IS a "SEXUAL PREDATOR" of the WORST KIND!! I guarantee the inmates/felons/convicts are making bets on which facility he will end up at. Convicts have ZERO RESPECT for ANYONE who commits a crime against a CHILD and will make an Example out of Mr. Robert S. Kelly.....He deserves EVERYTHING that will be coming his way! I suggest Mr. Kelly start "Buffing UP & Grease UP because he will NEVER be able to walk in "GENERAL POPULATION"!! The Big Man on the Streets can become somebody's "B**ch" Behind the Wall.

This is a good summary of the case; the question I have: Is felony murder a stretch or should the focus be manslaughter? In a simple sense, was this an evil or stupid act? It's easy to say what they did in pursuing while armed was stupid but I believe it may be more difficult to prove malice aforethought.
