I'm in the video @11:44. I'm right behind the one guy with glasses who is looking to the left side. I have on Lizard Eye Hologram Sunglasses on, a pair of khaki shorts, and a Heavy Metal Beach Party T-Shirt on. I had a fun time, and I'm looking forward to doing that, again.

These “orange trees” are almost everywhere in Athens but they ain’t oranges, they are nerange trees, they look identical to oranges but they are bitter as hell! 😆 We have a few exclusively metal record stores as well, most of them located in the center of Athens not far from each other, hope you found them! I’m glad you enjoyed your time here guys, you’re very welcome to visit us again! I’m waiting for the next two parts! 🤘🏻

Oh that is a shame! Maybe you can find some friends to go with haha! It is certainly worth doing and we would love to go again. You are most welcome, thank you so much for the support. I am only doing this when I have the time, it's like a little side project, so I really appreciate the follow etc :) <3 We would love to come to Brazil, that will happen some day! Thank you for the recommendations :)

Is England actually dangerous? I've heard about stabbings and such but like... They seem a little rare even comparison to the gun violence in, say, Tulsa, Oklahoma. You can hear gun shots pretty much every weekend on my side of Tulsa. And somehow I'm not even very afraid. But I was watching some videos of like British night life and everyone seemed a little bit nervous. Kinda like how a lot of the cities in the USA have been for the last few years. I'm thinking about moving to England and I'm just wondering if I have a good handle on how dangerous it actually is. I want to make sure I understand what I'm getting myself into. Lol.

Just get a stab vest and you will be fine.

It isn't too bad here. I have walked around London during early hours before and have felt safe. As long as you are aware etc then it's okay. Some towns across England can seem a little unsafe, there is a huge divide here between the rich and poor unfortunately, and a lot of these smaller towns are suffering, which leads to crime. It really depends on where you would want to move to. Hearing gun shots sounds pretty scary to me! Because I have never heard them I suppose lol. England is suffering a lot due to Covid and Brexit etc. The cost of living has shot up and a lot of companies have been striking. It's a bit of a mess here at the moment! Again, it depends where you move and what you would work as over here etc :)

My English friend and I (I'm from Cali-Colombia) used to go to "The Standard", a venue by Black Horse Road underground station, it was years ago that we went to see some of the awesome tribute rock and roll bands there, tribute groups like DIRTY DC, RAINBOW RISING, SABOTAGE, LIMEHOUSE LIZZY, and few other bands that I cannot remember as it was more than 20 years ago till the venue was closed and now there's a big tower full of flats and convenience stores around there.
@heavymetalhikers37473 ай бұрын
Ah that sounded very cool! I never went there, I guess I was too young, and I had never heard about it until now with your comment! It's a shame that these venues didn't last.
@ROCKGRINDER123 ай бұрын
@@heavymetalhikers3747 maybe you went to the "Unicorn" (Camden Road)??? .......... it's closed now, I heard the owners of the place are planning to reopen it, I hope so, as there are just a few pubs and places where you can listen to some good rock and roll/heavy metal bands (tribute ones I mean) ........ the majority of the rock venues are now disappearing, giving way to hip-hop and all that sort of shit.

Aaron texting on his phone: "We have two stage three stalkers here!" LOL j/k. Guess who the first person I ran into this year when I was just coming up the gangway? Aaron St. Thorpe! I've been a fan of MDB for years but have never seen them live before this years cruise (they don't seem to come to the USA very much, especially the West Coast, which is one of the many things that's awesome about the cruise!) I was so stoked! And to think the first person I run into upon boarding is the amazing singer! That's the boat though! 🤘
@heavymetalhikers37473 ай бұрын
Haha! We actually knew the MDB guys before going on the cruise! We have hung with them a few times and consider them our friends :) I was so happy when they were announced for the 70K! I had been waiting to see them for years, I have been a fan since around 2012 and didn't get to see them live until 2021. I've been quite lucky since then to see them a few times! Aaron is such a wonderful man, so funny and down to earth :) I am so happy that you finally got a chance to see and meet them :)
@JamesBurwellActual4 ай бұрын
Heh don't be afraid to approach Glenn! He's a super nice dude. I've run into him the last three cruises and always have had a chat. Trey Xavier (ne Gear Gods) is also a regular survivor, and I usually run into him a bunch too and have a little chat. Although this year he seemed to be keeping a fairly low profile.
