Everyone assumes that Trackman and GC Quad are spot on with their readings, whose to say that the Mevo Plus is the unit that is correct and the others are not! Get someone down the range measuring the actual distances, only then will we be able to judge each machine.

Define “Everyone”. Last I checked its sales are a VERY small fraction of G430, QI10, Paradym or TSR. The PXG owns less than 5% marketshare. Might be a fine driver for you but the tagline for this video is wildly false regardless of the quality and performance of the product.

Does this work with foam balls?

I would recommend the HIFROM Groove Sharpener. I have this one and I only use it on my 56* SW. I also learned a trick from KZfaq and you can try this as well. If your LW or SW are rusted, you can soak them overnight in a tupperware vat of Coke a Cola and that will remove most of the rust. Spray the club face with WD40, then apply the sharpener. You will get results.

I love it when people say " illegal for tournament play". Pros get new wedges every couple of weeks - amateurs don't have sponsorship and are up against other players with new wedges Why would / should it be illegal to resharpen the grooves on a wedge ? It's not like you would do that to any other clubs.

Lol groovex is literally just ground carbide. Plus or minus 0.001" (a thou) is #1 not an "aerospace" spec, it's and everything spec. Your car was parts with tigher tolerances. #2 it's ground carbide, they should be able to hit plus or minus 0.0005" all day. It's marketing fluff, nithing else.

Not because I'm bullshitting myself into thinking I'm a tour player. Because one of the core tenants of the fucking sport is INTEGRITY. I went out today and shot a 39 on the front nine of my home course, which is no pushover. I feel like I don’t have to keep searching for the basic structure of my a golf swing anymore.
