Sooo much solder. Is that always required for these beautiful chains?

Jewelry making is fantastic to see, the audio (music) is terrible.

You know what is funny? I actually had a bracelet that looked like this years ago and I sold it and wish I hadn’t.

Hi! Thank you for show your works! A question: why heat up metal wire before works it and then re-heat up with water shock cool down at the end? Is it a sort of temper? 🙏
@ypcomchicКүн бұрын
You have to heat it up to break the silver bonds inside the metal so it works easier. Once you start bending it or hitting it the molecules realign hence you have to hear it up again to be able to work it. Otherwise the silver will just snap into two pieces or more like glass if you tried to shape it without heating it.

Yes my question too? Solder or fusing with a silver wire?

Sometimes it's not only "I want" but also "am I talented enough?" I'm a Chef and I am a good cook, real good. But I can't wake up tomorrow and say “Ok: I'll open a 3 star restaurant tomorrow", because sometimes"good" it's not enough.

Silver wire is mentioned in the title, and at the very beginning of the video it has in big words at the top left, 21 gauge wire. Given that this is jewellery making, I'd like to think it's sterling silver, 21 gauge wire he's using.

Great bracelet!👍 Are you using any particular hardness of silver wire? I have collected coins for so long. I now pour my own silver and make jewelry. Again beautiful work.
