Dearest May I know how many grams of strawberry jelly need to add to the gelatine for the top layer of the cake? And how much water to add?
@RiesKitchen

Great question Anna- I had to go and check the packet! It’s 85g. I’ll amend my recipe to include this 😊 Thanks for watching my videos Rie

It is Okay to dont need to add cream cheese to make this jelly cake?
@RiesKitchen
@RiesKitchen 2 ай бұрын
Hi The cream cheese gives structure to support the jelly layer. I’ve never tried without the cheese and suspect the jelly would push out the cream layer. But worth a try 😊

Omg! I see the teatowel with the Lampuki written on it! That brings back memories. I remember we'd go to the markets in Malta and my nannu would buy lampuki.

Avoid cooking in this type of tajine it's not healthy it's more for decoration, get you a plain and natural brown tajine without all those colors and stuff, and oh my God that was a delicious looking tajine !!!

Hi Mya Thank you so much for your comment. I love my earthenware plain tajine too - I don’t usually cook in this one but did so for the photos 😊 Now I have induction & have moved to one with a metal base. ❤ rie

Did you toast the bread crumbs
@RiesKitchen
@RiesKitchen 10 ай бұрын
Hi Fresh breadcrumbs are best. With gf bread you fo need to dry it out before processing to stop them turning into doughy mush in the food processor- so a very light toast may be needed. If the gf bread has been in the freezer for some time it is usually dry enough. Thanks fir taking the time to watch my video and ask a question.
