I am so sorry to say that this is not the real Chi Gong way of practicing the Eight Pieces of Brocade. The way he practices is very closed to physical exercise. Most of his movements violate the principle of the original Eight Pieces of Brocade. So, I believe that he does not understand the theory of every movement. I have written a book " Taoist Eight Pieces of Brocade" in which the theories of all the movements are explained. By the way, such Chi Gong is not originated from Shaolin.

@chigong12 ай бұрын
@ElinorCurrier He should be great in Shaolin Kung-fu, but not in Taoist Chi Gong. He applies Shaolin Kung-fu to Taoist Eight Brocades without knowing the theories of the Eight Brocades.
@chigong1Ай бұрын
@@Havahava076 But 8 brocades is not gong fu, it is taoist Chi Gong. You know Chi Gong and Kung Fu are different.
@Havahava076Ай бұрын
Actually 8 brocade is from Afghanistan, just because you learnt it from a master who was taoist doesn't make it taoist, just because Chinese eat rice doesn't make rice Chinese.8 brocade is just 8 brocade.Just fucking practice more shifu
@Havahava076Ай бұрын
By the way I'm sorry to say this but Chinese cannot fight in a MMA fight,sadly taoist chi gong is useless.chi gong and kung fu is different only in china, to rest of the world it looks same, making Chinese kung fu useless.

Thanks for your video. I just bought a 2017 500e with 19,000 miles from California and waiting for shipping to get it to me. I plan to use my 1000 kWh EcoFlow Delta 2 to do the same thing. I got a neutral ground bonding plug and a 2ft small heavy duty 12awg 3 plug extension cord from Amazon. Ever thought of getting a BougeRV CIGS 100W solar panel to permanently attach to the roof of your car and connect to your solar generator? Charge the car at 7:00 am and then recharge the solar generator during the day. Only discharge to 15% and then at 7:00 am it can charge the car for an hour or two depending on the solar generator. I bought a P3 Kill-A-Watt meter P4460 to record my usage at friends or businesses to compensate them for my electric bill. Why give someone $5 when I just used $1 of 110 v electricity?

@@camelotrooms , my car arrived and here is reality. Neighbors are not overly excited for me to plug in there. It is hot here and so recharging my EcoFlow unit approaches its temperature limit. It cuts back its recharging power above 600w when internal temperature reaches 115F. I get about 3 miles per KW. I sometimes top off. My car just uses about 1300w. Basically, there are many 220v Chargers available. Every location has been available, so I top off after driving and stop around 90%. The final 1% takes 15 minutes. I have a Tesla 80 amp converter for about $75, so ready to use Tesla if needed. Going to a Concert in a local park 🏞️ tonight. Will recharge afterwards when local charger is empty.

Shaolin Temple Germany ... *HILARIOUS* Mao killed off the Four Olds. Now, the PRC needs money and has "resurrected" Shaolin ... yeah, right. Hey, Germany, you've been punked. Most of the main Sifu got out of China decades ago with others who couldn't get out going underground. That "Monk" you are learning from is a douche bag gymnast who was taught some poses. He can't fight, his Nei Gung is from cheap, poorly written books, and has NO Kung Fu whatsoever. Total fraud and you all are buying into it. Wake up.
