Thing works great! Until the nozzles plug. And try and replace them with original parts. Aint happening. NEVER buy one of these from Kobalt if they aren't going to supply the replacement parts. Things pretty much worthless now.

Thanks you for the video. Might be a good time to replace that plastic OEM T fitting to one made of metal. They break easy after some years of use. Looks like you have the original plastic. It's on the left side under front cover. They were on Ebay with the two bigger hoses for $31 shipped.

You showed one of the nails blowing out the side of one of the boards you used for testing. I have learned that, this almost always happens when the nail gun is parallel to the wood grain. If you turn the lumber, or nail gun, whichever is easiest for you, so that the nail gun is perpendicular to the wood grain, nail blowout is extremely rare.

I anticipated the weak link at the handle with mine and put a pair of hose clamps on either side in order to take the stress off that area.

4/20.... How ironic. At least it's easy to remember. I was just about to standardize on Kobalt's 24v. battery platform. I guess I technically could still do that. I'm just imagining some poor schumk who did that very thing back in 2019, bought up a bunch of Kobalt tools. Using them for DIY projects, and when that last older Kobalt battery gives out.... He's going to be stuck with a bunch of very expensive paper-weights shaped like tools. Just outside of the warranty coverage. So yeah, there's still Craftsman as another budget alternative right along side with Kobalt. Sold right next to it at Lowe's. You got Ryobi over at Home Depot that at least put a massive amount of care and effort into making sure all their lithium-ion battery packs actually are backwards compatible with their older models. (Though honestly under-powered compared to similar ones from Kobalt.) Going with Ryobi's sister brand RIDGID would fix that problem. But at more cost involved. Not a Tradesman, not a Contractor; just want some quality tools that will last! Screw it. Nowadays you want quality, apparently you have to buy Pro-grade tools. Such as Milwaukee, Mikita, or the higher-end DeWALT models; and pay through every orifice. Not just the nose.

you connect the new strut to the hub first on these because they dont have studs up top. there is a hex spinner under the top of the strut cap. use a sep mini jack un the hub to align the bolts for both hub and sway bar! If the top 3 bolts are not centered then you will probably need an alignment. usually a 50/50 chance you dont have too.

Sir, this is a ONE HANDED PRUNING saw. You shouldn't have been surprised by the things you were surprised about. You do not need a big battery. And you use your off hand to steady the branch when cutting toward the tip. You start the chain BEFORE you began the cut and it won't stall when given the proper amount of pressure. I have this saw and a Craftsman equivalent and they are both work great, especially the Kobalt. I cut limbs up to 5 inches with it. Sorry but this was not a good review. Most people who buy these already have a "full size" chainsaw and use this type saw when a pole saw or big chainsaw would be difficult or impossible ti use.

When reviewing any Toughbuilt product, regardless of what you think, you should always mention that Toughbuilt is one of the worst-run companies in US history. If you like what they produce, I doubt they will be around in 2026, you can buy the entire outfit for 2 million dollars right now. Oh, and if you had invested $100,000 on the first day of trading a few years ago you would have less than .60c now. That's right 100k into .60c in a handful of years. What good is being Toughbuilt if their warranty claims go unanswered?

Why would u leave it on drill only??? Would you use a regular drill to take of lug nuts or get an impact driver/wrench?? That was foolish to not make it hammer
