I'd never recommend this very dangerous exercise form, for the particular reason burpees is an endurance sport, we're all likely to make serious mistakes once we tire, leading to a severe back injury because of this form... Burpees is difficult enough on its own without adding weights to it.

Thank you for doing this podcast that you weren’t going to do changed my view of push-ups which have always been super weak mainly because when I get tired, I go slow, especially on the descent, not wanting to break form which usually ends up crushing me took your advice, going into this year And it made a huge improvement. Thank you.

I came to watch and listen to this, promising myself that I would be impartial and not just a proud mom. But. Great podcast. Aside from Corey, we have a 15yr old daughter who has done CrossFit since she could walk. It’s crucial to peeling kids from electronics and keeping them engaged in life. And, as a proud mom, super proud of you Corey!!! 🎉❤

Dude yes. I started being way more intentional about filming my workouts knowing that I was gonna be in QF. Helped a lot in seeing how much rest i was taking, how I was moving, and just being aware of being on camera. 100% agree. If you're going to do it, FILM it.

Well done guys. There is so much ignorance in the fitness industry about obesity. At an individual level, obesity is 60% genetics. The remaining 40% include many environmental factors (eg abuse) that are out of personal control. If a fitness professional understands this would have more compassion and really be able to help with some of the environmental factors obese people have some control over
