did you check the scuttle under the front windscreen and bonnet? Theres a really bad design fault with them meaning that the seal on them deteriorates and it dumps water onto the injectors making them seize and fail-which is a very expensive job to put right. most folk getting the old viv, take the scuttle out and caulk where it had been with sicaflex 551, then replace the scuttle back and give it a good reseal. theres a few vids on youtube highlighting the problem
