Lovely story! I think Fonteyn said the only 4 Act ballet she couldn't do twice in one day!

Russian choreography not delicate enough, and Sugar Plum I thought should be in pink.

What were those elasticised shoes you mentioned? Does that mean the fabric itself is stretchy? I've tried every combination of ribbons and elastic you can think of, even with ankle supports over my shoes as my poor old ankles have seen better days, and my shoes still keep slipping off my heels. So frustrating.

I had bunion surgery last year; and my left big toe doesn't have its normal flex. How can I modify the lunges so that I can do them? (I'm not a dancer; but I do a lot of bicycling. Seems to me that these exercises should be useful for improving my leg strength).

I did the whole class in slow motion. I want to cry I because I am so happy., Also I made a ton of mistakes. It is a practice in humility.

I always wanted to do ballet but there's no ballet courses in my town (also I rarely exercising, almost never to be honest), I'm a bit afraid to start it now. Is it still possible for me to do ballet (I'm not flexible at all)

I’ve actually been cooking at home. Nowadays it’s a better eating option for me as I can control what kind and how many ingredients to put in my meal.

Would she make a good Balanchine dancer? Or would that hinder her already amazing technique? Just saying because we don’t see anyone at NYCB doing anything so prodigious.

I was a ballet dancer from 6-12 and have been wanting to get back into it, at 45, cause I know it will help my flexibility (I have RA). This is so great and so helpful cause while I remember some barre exercises, I certainly do not all remember all.

I've not danced for 11 years and I've barely walked for 5 since my EDS progressed and I put on a butt load of weight being bedbound - I still use a wheelchair as I can't walk more than a min or so without needing to sit.... Yet I just did the warmup section. Like, you have no idea what that means to me and my future recovery! Just the accomplishment alone has sent my mood soaring and the fact it will help me if I keep it up to hopefully regain enough strength and stamina to maybe dance again one day. Thank you
