Omg im in poblacion we r almoust neigbours.but we canot b friends because im ausie and u r canadian haha joke.im actually european.im thinking to build 2 small bamboo houses with concrete base.to start than c what happen.im not sure i like like to live in philipines .its so hard the life there.
@BoholisAwesome8 күн бұрын
It’s a good plan. But you’ll need to be sure you’re ok to live in bamboo homes. Might be good to rent in something similar for a week to see if you like that kind of living. Before you invest.

How long does it last to power one efan and tv?
@BoholisAwesome8 күн бұрын
Hi. I’m not sure exactly but many hours from what I’ve seen. At least 5 hours. But it’s just about that math of how much power draw from the tv and fan.
@GGRiv218 күн бұрын
@@BoholisAwesome i mean i watched your video and you have tried it with some appliances of yours. How long have you use the power station before its totally discharged?
@AllenTrottier8 күн бұрын
@@GGRiv21I haven’t used it complete discharge. I think the longest I used it was for 6 hours and I still had around 20% left. I was using it for a fan and light. And to charge 2 phones.
@AllenTrottier8 күн бұрын
@@GGRiv21but again it’s depends how much power you’re using. How much the fan and tv uses. It’s been a while since I had to use it. So I can’t really remember how much I charged and for how long. The power outs lately haven’t been all day.
@jbangz202311 күн бұрын
@1:49 you said capacity of 716kWh? or should be 716Wh

Hello do you advise for 1st timer in bohol to have DIY country side tour ?Riding a motorcycel perhaps and no tour guide.
@BoholisAwesome20 күн бұрын
Yes it shouldn't be a problem as long as you are a confident motorbike driver. If you're not confident, the drive may be challenging on the highways that are busy with trucks and tourist vans. Then you can plan the places you want to see in google maps and just follow your maps. And since nearly everyone here speaks english, you can always stop for directions if you need. Have an awesome trip!

Never build a house in Phil with an overhang roof. As soon as a hurricane/typhoon hits you run the risk of losing that roof as the winds can get under it. I speak from experience. lost mine in Cebu last time.

We were lucky. The house stood strong during Typhoon Odette.

Hola! My Filipina wife and I bought land and are working with a local engineer/architect who has good experience and references. I'm curious why it is uncommon to use insulation on the walls over there. It seems that it is only used in the ceiling. Doesn't that cause your electric bills to be higher because of the A/C running more? TIA

i thought this was going to show the proper way to do rebar and talk about how to find hollow blocks that dont crumble in your hands or the proper mix of crushed rock and sand in concrete ratios or how to find workers that will follow correct procedures when building etc...
