The listing says 5 bedroom. There are only 4. Neither of the 3 downstairs extra rooms qualify as a bedroom since they have no closets and do not have downstairs access to a full bathroom.

Ya for 1.6 I feel like your paying more for the location than house because this is awful. You would need at an extra 300k to appropriately renovate this. Housing market needs to come down just ridiculous.

I guess the flex space on the main floor could be used as a living room. The house is very plain, but I guess it’s a fair price although no basement.

@@adam4025Granted the basement isn't finished but this home is definitely worth the asking price as the brick on this home is stunning and nice landscape, also looks like nice area. This home definitely shouldn't be $400,000. Here in California couldn't even purchase a condo, regardless of size for $400.000. As I almost post , make a statement that the natives of Atlanta should step outside of the Atlanta bubble and view what is going on in the rest of the world. This is exactly why I'm moving to Altanta for the affordable of a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood . Here in California a home of this asking price would be located in the hood 🙄 and definitely wouldn't be nowhere near the size of this home. As far as the $6000. a month mortgage , I would gladly pay as I have worked hard to earn a six figure salary.

Nice house, but I would say the voice over moves too fast in describing the house. By the time we see what you are actually talking about, the viewer has already forgotten about what you said. In the future, talk about each aspect as it’s being shown. 😊

This house retains a large dream kitchen, the likes of which I've not seen before. I also enjoy a large and spacious office, which I do not see here. the romantic music being played as the house is being toured makes one imagine them and their spouse living a very close and romantic lifestyle. Wow.

Weird layout and a tight entry and to make it worse although the house looked like a bungalow without much upstairs space they actually could’ve added a couple more bedrooms up there and took away that office and master bedroom to lay out that kitchen and dining room and living room area way better
