PLEASE do not remove baby bunnies that are not with their mama - mother rabbits ONLY stay with them in the nest twice a day to feed them. They do this to reduce detection. They're usually near but will come back and look for them as soon as it's dark. If you ever want to hear a heartbreaking sound look up the sound of a mother bunny calling for her babies that she can't find. They will also not reject their babies based on human or other animal scents. I learned this knowledge firsthand from a rehabber when my golden retriever found a nest in my yard, and sure enough, I kept them overnight just to make sure they didn't need medical attention, and around 11 p.m., the mother came calling. They will return to their nest several times, looking for their kits.

Watching this because I have a nest in my garden and have never seen mama. I check on the babies and I’m hoping for the best.

My dad found a baby rabbit in a hallway out our apartment complex. The rabbit’s doing well. We named him Robert. “Robert the Rabbit” “Roberta”, if the rabbit’s a female lol

If you are worried about cracking the pot while drilling. With a new hole when you get the center all the way through finish the hole from the other side. When enlarging the hole drill about half way from each side. This will also lessen the chances of a blowout when you punch through.

I really like those cement blocks, and that wood is nice and thick too. So it will last many years, enough that I would prefer those for any easy option to get beds. I agree with you that those nice metal ones will last a lot longer, but you would have to consider the cost. If I could build two of those wood beds for less than the cost of a metal one then I would prefer the wood and I would still get at least a couple decades of use between the two. Great video! Would love to have you back on the show.

"Mom doesn't know what to do" aka mom didnt come back fast enough... she was probably hiding nearby. They do that when theres predators so they dont lead them back to the den. This is sad, they looked perfectly healthy.

I like having basil grow with my tomatoes too. However the tomatoes grew so fast they have overshadowed the basil and I'm going to have to move those plants. I have a green stalk coming and may put the basil in it.

Thx, I know! I usually struggle with carrots! This time I planted them in Fall right before a few rainy days. I used LOTS of seed & had to thin them. They were Chantenay Short stuff carrots. Good for Texas because they get wide instead of long. covered over the winter when freezing. Hope this works again this Fall?

This morning we came out to 2 baby bunnies hiding outside our garage doors... the 3rd was ripped to shreds on the sidewalk. We moved the 2 survivors under our shed, as we couldnt find a nest by the garage. We moved them there because we have seen fully grown rabbits there. One is still there tonight, but i cant find the other. Hopefully the rabbits that come down to the shed are their family

Your fountain is beautiful...I love the new green portion of it, but am wondering if it's going to be unstable with it being so tall. Have you considered filling the bottom with rocks to support it? Between the children and the dogs, it sounds like you're having challenges with fountains LOL!

I have four cats and three of them just found a nest of baby bunnies. I was able to get one safely away and am frantically searching for information on how to care for the little babe. His eyes are open and he's measuring at about 5 inches, so definitely 10-14 days old. I just ordered powdered formula for bunnies online, along with feeding syringes, but I had a question: At the age of my little rescue, is it okay for me to feed him formula as per the instructions in this video until I'm able to source and get some raw goats milk (it may be several days before I'm able to get any)? Will it harm them?
