Strange that his name is"Midge"when he doesn't look like a "Midget"? Or perhaps he looked like one when he was a child ?

The great Tubes in all their musical, physical and live performance glory. 1983 was their zenith and at the top of their game. The original core members made this band 'cook' live.

The way John treated this young girl with a baby is nothing short of disgusting. People go on about him being a local character. Most normal people in Eccles just think he was a prick.

His playing answers her questions quite well. I know the music before I heard her questions so I already know the outcome. If you don’t know already know the outcome is good.

I so agree no amount of time that passes will the grief will ever go or get easier, these lads were our locals n lived near us, nif you think our rob was FUNNY, u know nothing they was so funny ud nearly fell over the side walks n eye brows lifts, in our streets of our town of Manchester, they were amazing and just very warm humble guys normal in every way, n we as their former neighbours had a massive loss wen we lost our precious twins our mo n our rob, massive it still kills inside today even, cant believe we wont see them big smile s running around n down our streets again, just still seems unreal. God we miss them. But most is them as people, yes they sing, but there was so much much more to them on n of stage normal like you and i. Loved them as kids n do more now bless them, we knew as they grew theyd follow their passion n was extremely gifted. Like directly sent from heaven. N now barry carried on creating in twins memorie. In country music that our mo was goung towards, n u can see, in his sing hold her in your hand n walk by the rail way. So song angel s now u get all the acclaim you should have got here, n for god , bet he loves it n you two. N guess them heavenly songs are best youl ever hear, n now brother to brother side by side together again our loss but heaven s gain . Love u lads we really do n forever. 😓🌟😇😥😓😇🩵🩵🌟🌟😭😭❤❤❤

If he had written something one half as good as The Colour Of Spring (Talk Talk) album, particularly Time It's Time (Mark Hollis of Talk Talk) then I could understand the hype back then.

Elton doesn't look well in this video. This being from 1988, it makes sense as he was way into the drugs at the time. Thank God he checked himself into Rehab a couple of years later.

I’ve listened to Jim Reeves, and Elvis, and Tom Jones sing their versions. Elton’s is better. What an accolade. Elton’s great music sometimes hides his great voice. What a vocal performance on this song. He puts everything into this song. Wow
