If you like high taxes and Liberal government, this is the place for you.We are becoming more and more like the big cities. The homeless are out of control. Every corner and convenient store. I do Love the scenery, mountains are beautiful. Very limited water in this area. And for some reason LC has changed its Logo to something soooo ridiculous

I live outside Phoenix now but lived in Roswell before. I have visited Las Cruces many times. I have always loved the food. The Organ Mountains are just east of town. White Sands is nearby. If you are Catholic, the Diocese of Las Cruces covers most of Southern NM.

I've been to New Mexico. Want to move there ? It's rated number 50 of all 50 states for bad places to raise your kids. 50 % of the population is "Hispanic." There are hundreds of miles of nothing. Albuquerque (I've been there), is rated one f the most dangerous cities in America.

Good info - unfortunately the State income tax is way too high. Mandatory emission testings unnecessary. Property taxes are too high. The NM Governor tried to unconstitutionally disarm law abiding citizens. You have to get permission from the government to hold a yard sale I’ll pass on living in NM but keep up the excellent job on making videos excellent videos

Like any other place, it has crime. All my family lives here and nobody has been a victim of a crime. They’ve been living here for over 20 yrs. With todays economy everything is sky high food , gas ect. how do you consider over half a million dollars affordable living ?

This home has the luxuries that you would typically see in a $1M+ home. Gas, food, etc. in Las Cruces NM is still lower than other states. We've had clients that have shared that going out to eat for 2 is nearly $100 if not over that amount. That is not the case in NM. Are you living in Las Cruces NM? Or where are you living?

It's not hate or a particular political viewpoint to point out that New Mexico is 50th in education, 48th in economy, 48th in crime, 50th in healthcare, 44th in infrastructure and has the 4th highest poverty level at 17.6%, with an overall rank of 49th. It's not just my viewpoint, either; it's from U.S. News and World Report, so you can flame all you want at me, but those are hard facts. It's also a fact that it's difficult to get from one point to another in Las Cruces without one or more streets being torn up.

Another 1:11 realtor selling off New Mexico Poor Las Cruces in 2024 is getting brought out by those spending far too much. The same has happened in Phoenix. it's is sad.

I own a house on Louise circle in la s cruces a middle class community but city classed it as a weed and seed community the name by definition labeled this community as a bunch of drug houses and my house is has dropped in value by 20 percent only because lcpd can’t do the job they are hired to do

My wife was a native las cruces citizen as well as her 4 daughters before we got married left last cruces in 2000 now 3 of my adopted kids are millionaires I asked them not long ago if they still lived in las cruces where they would be the general answer was on welfare
