the dots on the edges is a good indicator but one thing i recently discovered is that for excaple the new StrazyKids pcs dont have them for the 5 star era, Maxident era still have them so you can clearly tell if they are fake but its really hard with the new eras😕

WARNING ⚠️ This company is a scam. They ship broken products from sellers who list broken items as working! Their customer service is horrible and they will just come up with one excuse after another to lie and avoid honoring a so-called 'refund policy'. Be warned! 😭

i don’t think they can do much if the original seller is lying about the state of the product unfortunately as they’re only packing what they receive 🥲 unless it’s something directly from their dk shop, in that case that’s for sure on them! !! i also have heard a lot of complaints about their customer service for a little while now so i think it’s definitely important to highlight that issue!! I can’t speak on it myself since i haven’t used them in a while so thanks for your comment!

If the description states that the shipping is paid for by the seller, do I still have to pay for shipping or is the price that is listed with the item the ultimate amount I have to pay?

you wont have to pay for shipping from the seller to the warehouse in that case! the price for the item will be the listed price + buyee fee (300yen)

hi, once you’ve added your coupons to your account you can use them on the purchasing page. if none show up it means that coupon doesnt work for that transaction. Some coupons are shop specific or even category specific so you’d need to pay attention to that as well.

hi! i’ve never used the dk shop before. some items have shipping included so they might be worth sending to you directly. if you have several things maybe using the kaddy could be cheaper.

Hi, I'm encountering a problem with filling up the 'You Buy Orders' My Incoming Order Form. So I am supposed to click on the 'Please submit required info' button on the form because it has been filled up partially by Delivered Korea. However, when I try to submit the form after filling up the necessary details, there is an error message 'Please, Do not put spaces in the tracking number' but there is no way for me to make an amendment to the tracking number because I can't edit it and the tracking number was filled up by Delivered Korea. I have been contacting Delivered Korea regarding this matter for several weeks but the issue hasn't been solved. So I'm wondering whether you have any solution to this issue? Thank you 🙂 Sorry for the long comment.

you won’t be able to talk directly to the seller yourself as it’s not possible to make a mercari jp account outside of japan but you’re able to create a buyee one and then ask their customer support if they’re able to message for you!

hi! the pobs are from the japan shop so you dont actually need to be a fanclub member ^^ but you do need to use a japanese address for them!

hello! first of all thank you so much for doing this video its helped alot! im trying to do an order on ktown and im doing the you buy option but im getting confused on putting in the korean address. the postcode finder on ktown gives me two options to choose from and they both have information thats on dk’s your address so im not entirely sure which one to choose (i hope i explained that okay )

hi, no worries in that case! Delivered Korea will register the package in the system for you and you'll just have to add details once it's been delivered to their warehouse. it won’t be sent back ^^

Is there a way to see what is included within the different shipping methods? Because i kinda wanna know why some are cheaper than the other. Also is payment possible with both paypal ff or g&s ?

hi! since this is a services company all payment through paypal are g&s (those fees are already included in the price, the only ones you might have to pay on top on it are paypal currency exchange fees). for shipping each carrier has different rates and methods of calculating (depending on weight, volumetric weight, dimensions of the package, etc) but you’d have to go on each website separately to have a breakdown for that. i’m pretty sure every shipping method available on deliveredkorea is tracked and they will let you know how much time on average is expecting for delivery

if you’re ordering from the korean website i’d recommend writing down the address in korean. but usually it should say when you have to input the address if it has to be in korean or not

Hey, firstly thank you so much for your detailed video - it helped me a lot ! However, I have one query regarding the "you buy, we ship" incoming form "Tracking Number" section. I ordered something from Aladin Korea and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 10th of July, 2023 but I still do not have the tracking number (it is not their in my order details), in that case how can I inform the Delivered Korea concern team about the situation? I don't want my parcel to be returned ! Also, i tried their chat (messenger) service and they haven't replied yet ! Thank you !
