I prefer the spoiler that came on my 23 Z51. , but like each of us who specifically order our cars the way we want them, we all have different preferences.

Lost my friend who introduced me to mid years , then C5 , Corvettes at Carlyle, etc. . He passed just as I got my Z51 and never got a ride in it . Like you I realized it comes with “ the territory “ ( me at 72) but I miss him and , yes, it sucks

A little late to the party, but when you pull out of first just give a quick flick of the shifter stick to the right in neutral then back into second and you have just defeated the skip-shift.

I like the look of the new one but I do like that the current version is more accessible to some people. It’s a shame we can’t have both to choose from. It is tough to lose friends and I don’t think it ever is going to be easy. All we can do is trust that God is in control. Thanks for sharing your feelings with us, it just lets us all know you better and able to really relate with you. It’s always good to know someone better! Take care!

Great show and thanks for the info.. You were not kidding about GMs roll out of anything. My worst nightmare came true 2 days ago. After 3 years on a waiting list I finally got the Call for the E-ray. I was soo ticked because I just could not do it because AY was not offered anymore. All this time and any other option I could compromise on but that one I cant. I just dont get these damn games GM plays. I dont even know or heard any other Company do a color phase out before the MY changes. To give allocations when about 50% of the colors are available seems silly. If I got the call a week ago I could order. Now nothing. What happened to this great new paint shop they put billions in. Im just hoping the Dealer will call me back the minute I can order yellow and not kick me down the list. 😟

I’m 78. I’ll be 80 before I get mine. I track my present Z07 2016.

How about damaged fins on the radiators without guards, can that compromise temps with DCT
