When I was doing a lot of shows and open mic nights, playing rhythm in a buddy's band it was speed and weed for me. Not to glorify but that was a decent combo for a rhythm guitarist, these days, just weed, and I got my card. 😊

Exactly. Pot is a gateway drug and don’t let anybody tell you it isn’t. Do that for a while and you’ll run into some other drugs..and you will be curious.. and you will try them.

I had lots of deep talks with Lemmy at the Rainbow bar n grill....and once Drunk I just said to him..yea all Drugs should be legal...and He was HARDCORE FIRM with ME...and said NOT HEROIN ....and told me of a Good friend of his that bought some Heroin shot it up ...and it turned out it was Rat Poison ....could tell the way he said it ...he missed that Friend!

I first learnt who Little Richard is because of Lemmy Kilmister, who said Richard was ostracised and outcast by the black community saying he had sold out, Lemmy pointed out that was rubbish cos LR played music he liked and so did white people. I've heard Lemmy hold LR up in reverence, but this video is the first time I've ever heard that he was gay. I think it's amazing people like Lemmy can adore people likely knowing their sexuality (Lemmy knew, I imagine, as much as anyone else) and it never mattered in the slightest.

Met Lemmy Kilmister in Austin....i dicussed about watching his guestvon Good Morning New York on FX channel.....They had a silly wise ass puppet ....and Lemmy was playing pinball...he was a really cool man......i was high as fuck on cocaine and jim beam.....

Lemmy was no doubt a brilliant man, but pretty much everything Lemmy said about heroin, I've seen happen to meth users first-hand. Lemmy said he hadn't seen anyone die from other drugs besides heroin, but I've personally known people that died from meth use. It turns them into thieves and liars, destroys them mentally and physically, and they'd do almost anything to get more. He was probably talking about amphetamine when he mentions "speed", but there are still other drugs that will ruin your life or kill you besides heroin.
