I made this and it is delicious. But like others, my batter was thin. At 1:44, you can see how thin the batter is because it is hot. Then at 1:45 the batter is thick. I believe they waited until the chocolate batter thickened before they poured it. You can see the jump in the video. I don't think it matters though in the final outcome.

I don't usually spoil myself & make pretty food, as in, slicing the gnocchi but I'll do it at least once. I seldom eat fried food so this will be a double spoil 😅 haven't had gnocchi in yrs but I usually cook them in hot water on the stove. I'll have to try making them w/sweet potatoes & spinach & a cream sauce 😊
