The Olympic villages become apartments after the Olympic games... Apartments in European cities like London (2012 Olympics) and Paris are rarely built with permanent/central air conditioning. In London, few buses will have AC until 2025... Many overground trains do, pretty much no underground trains have AC except the new Elizabeth line... That said, we've only had may 10 days above 30°C all year.

Air conditioning in europe isnt as popular, on top of that sleeping with ac on is absolutely diabolical and will rob you of 6 mins of your life
