That defenders bulkhead and bonnet don't match. No vents in the bulkhead is puma (ford) engine era. But that would come with a bonnet bulge too.

There will be a specific Shadow awning bracket for the 4 sleeper. TBD on the shower cube currently.

But how easy is it for a user to swap out the roof options from home? Is Alu Cab releasing some new tool that allows the roof to be swapped out safely as well? It’s awesome the roofs can be swapped with different options, just not sure how realistic this is for the average couple or family? Having to go to a dealer each time to swap out the roof options would get annoying.

The roofs aren’t meant to be swapped on and off all the time. Being modular, it allows families to have options for the camper to better fit their family or style of camping. It’s recommended to have this installation done a your local dealer.

Hello, the 270 awning, how far does the awning cover on the back of the vehicle. I have a pull out kitchen approximately 6 feet and want to know how much it’s going to cover.

Definitely on top of my list now once that new style tent comes out. When I purchased my alucab topper from Avo in 2022 Eric told me I would be back for the cabin. Man he was right. I just needed to be out in the field and figure that out myself! This is the best setup!

Howdy Eric, wish I could have been able to have made it out there. This is Jay from GA by the way. What is the break down and deploy time like on the "family camper" top? I have seen them deployed from Expo West, but nothing showing how to deploy and break down.

Really digging the new door cupboard I have seen that is in the proto-type stage and the spare tire on the Tundra in the video looks larger than a 33 or are my eyes playing tricks on me? If it is a 35 is the door larger on that camper than on the Canopy Camper? Missed you at Moore by the way, decided to detour to Missouri on my way back from New Mexico.

Hi…nice setup! I have a bare bones Khaya on a 2022 F350 Tremor. Love it. Prior to that I had a canopy camper on a 6’ bed Tacoma. My wife and I had our honeymoon in Glacier NP with that setup! I have a question please…I have had issue getting the taillights on the Khaya to match up well with the standard 7 pin connector that I wired in. I keep getting strange light combinations…flashing..etc. it’s been a while since I messed with it to remember exactly what I was getting. The LED lights just didn’t seem to want to cooperate. Have you had to do anything special to make them work properly? Happen to have a wiring diagram you might share? Thank you…

That's great to hear you're using your Alu-Cab setups! Traveling and camping almost anywhere is one of the best aspects of these campers. The Alu-Cab Gen 3R is insulated pretty well. It really depends on how cold the temperatures get and what kind of sleeping bag or blankets you have. We've also used electric blankets in ours to help when its really cold.
