I LOVED THIS GAME SO MUCH Me and my 2 younger brothers played the shit out of this. It was perfect for a 13 yo and a 7 yo to play at the same time This was also the first game I ever 100%. Its a really great game

I’d say the most important screw up for Uncharted was casting Tom Holland as Nathan Drake. Tom Holland still looks like a child. They should’ve cast someone who looks like… well, an adult. And of course marky mark was terrible casting too

Why should I care about Aunt May dying when there are literally two other spidermans with two other aunt mays in the same movie? Having infinite worlds leads to no stakes

I began to lose interest when I didn't really want to see captain America but was expected to to keep up with the overarching story. I was content to stop with endgame. I then watched the next spiderman movie and was confused for parts of it and was really disappointed by the ending of no way home.

i never had wii sports but i DID have wii sports resort and i always assumed they were the same game that people just shortened the name of until fairly recently. i was always so confused why nobody knew what i was talking abt when i mentioned the swordplay one bc i was like that’s literally the best one ???? so nice to see it appreciated :)

I remember LOVING Island Flyover, but also being so frustrated because for the longest time, I had all but ONE of the I points. I was so convinced that the last one was the whale. It turned out, the last one was hidden behind one of the islands. And the funniest/most frustrating thing was that my dad had already gotten it on his account. That memory sticks in my head to this day. Wii Sports Resort is overshadowed by its older sibling, but damn it, it mattered.

The thing with all of this is that, like you said at the end, multiverse stories can be really good if they're done right. The Spider-Verses are my favorite movies of all time. And it's because it focuses on the story and the characters. The fact that there's a multiverse only exists to supplement the story of the characters. The multiverse should be a setting, not a story

Only now can I appreciate the profound psychological impact grinding my ass off for to buy invincibility without cheats, only to find that it makes the game totally boring, had on me as a child.

i remember playing island flyover with my sister, watching her grind to get the checkpoints, helping her out with them to try and get them all, still playing it after her and i got them all and having fun just relaxing and flying around. this entire game was so peak for both of us and some of my best memories are playing this game on the wii with my sister.

When Pokémon go came out, I was in the middle of summer camp (in which electronics were not allowed). I remember how shocked I was when the world seemingly changed in a week and how everyone, including some of my friends not really in to Pokémon, became hyper fixated on Pokemon Go.

I love all the much more minute worldbuulding that Island Flyover provides with its info points. Like, for instance, how the actual tennis courts are closed because the dogs -- presumably the Frisbee dogs -- keep stealing all the tennis balls. Or the one or two nods to the island's runners, tying in Wuhu Island's appearance in Wii Fit. All these little details about the island's landmarks and natural features make the whole place feel so human and lived-in.

We get movies instantly now through streaming. Sadly, the only other possible next step is to get movies Ai generated. You no longer have to wait for a movie to be made ever again. We haven't gotten a new Austin Powers movie in a while. I'm tired of waiting, so have Ai make it for us. (I just really want a new Austin Powers movie soon) Sidenote: Ai always makes me think of Janet from The Good Place. They ask her for anything and boom, they get it. Anyone else think of Janet when people talk about Ai?

Streaming at first was cool because I could watch older films that would have required me to buy a rare DVD to watch it. It acted like an archive as well. My big concern is that the streaming services original stuff say like Big Mouth can disappear if Netflix goes under. It's not on DVD so there isn't a way to archive it for future generations.

Everybody we need to get them to play GO VACATION on the wii its like the better version of Wii sports resort in my opinion. Alot more world building and you even get your own home and a dog if i remember correctly as well as water raft / ride a horse /ride atvs and go around the map free worldish style its really fun . I dont know how to 😢recommend for him to do this or even if we can bring it to his attention but the game is so fun i used to play it with my sister for hours

My Wii actually came pre-packaged with Wii Sports Resort. The remotes even had Wii Motion Plus built in. Definitely a banger game. Unfortunately, my remotes have begun to age, and they have to be recalibrated much more frequently now. I guess I could just buy new remotes though.

Man I worked at one of the last few Family Videos around in 2017/2018. It was really nice honestly, getting to recommend movies to folks, chatting with the old shut-ins that didn’t want to keep up with the ever changing technology, the weird back room filled with Porn. I kind of miss that job sometimes.

Thanks for making this I, of course, grew up on the Goonies, Indiana Jones and played the early free roaming video games, but not Far Cry or Uncharted. Ben is a bonus my boss gave me the Uncharted PS4 bundle and I lived that game!! I even started dressing more like Nathan. 😂 And will I liked Tom Holland and many of Wahlbergs' movies, I was so disappointed in this adaptation.

@Burback it's actually legal use emulators to play games because it's only a app to play the games it doesn't come pre downloaded with games so technically speaking if you downloaded your copy of a games rom to your computer with your emulator it's legal because it's your game you already purchased it's only illegal if you download the roms off a pirate site Nintendo couldn't have dolphin removed because it was perfectly legal

yk, the wii was a lot more accessable than people realized. you didnt actually have to do ANY of the motions precisely (im talking wii sports) my dad was a caregiver for a quadriplegic man and he loved playing the golf and bowling on wii sports. he was really good at them too
