I agree feeding an animal is despicable! An animal taking nourishment from another animal is also bad. OR, hear me out..... there was this thing called the food chain where all that was natural and normal. Let us keep in mind that we do live in a world where animals of both natures seen in this video are purposely exterminated by people because they are seen as pest. They also sell those mice for feeding at the pet store, you could go there and purchase them all to prevent future despicable acts and let them live among you, just a thought. If we only had more science to make sense of such things....... Lastly, thanks for watching and sharing your emotions.

@EddieDubs - First off, I am not "your guy". Secondly what you see in this video is a very small example of what happens every minute in nature, it is no one else's fault you cannot handle that FACT. Lastly there is no torture going on, the mouse died a quick, painless death and it's body was nourishment for the spider, just because your like an emotionally driven lady does not lend your opinion and merit. Do you protest when the exterminator goes to a house to rid it of pest? Does it upset you that Black Death was caused by rats and mice and that ridding the city of them was what stopped the spread? Was it cruel to kill those disease spreading rodents? Also are you familiar with the food chain? I understand your emotions and feelings, we all have them but your commenting them in public makes it look like you need to change your tampon.

@CKDMJ 15 күн бұрын
It is a very ignorant view! First off let us recall how you you would like for a human being you do not know to be food for an invertebrate, that is a psychotic and dangerous statement! Now let us discuss your concern for a rodent, the animal that was created to be the food for animals slightly higher on the food chain. It is a mouse, it was purchased from a retailer that breeds them for this exact purpose, so it would have been food be it my pet or someone else's. I am sure it would suck to be a mouse, being the food or so many other creatures but would it not suck being the antelope eaten by the lion, the seal eater by the orca, the snake eaten by another snake, the monkey eaten by chimps? It seems you are either ignorant of how nature works or just to fragile to handle the fact that there is a food chain. I am sure not everyone likes these videos but you saw it, clicked on it then even went so far is to post a comment about how you could not handle nature and wanted a person to die instead, that is a lot of investment in something you do not like don't you think.

I love tarantulas (owned many of them throughout the years) and I'm not going to make a big deal about putting a live mouse in there. The only issue I have is that the mouse is just too large in my opinion. They can bite and could harm even kill your tarantula, a tarantula that size takes a few years to grow so potentially risking injury to it is not wise. If your going to put a mouse in there, put a smaller feeder mouse. Like I said, the description said 12 years to grow that tarantula and your basically just risking your investment. They can survive months without food, so I'm not buying that "insects are hard to source". Just don't feed your tarantula at that point its not going to starve to death. This is coming from someone with YEARS of experience, this video is just yikes.

Thanks for your opinion but I am not concerned with "what you buy" as I have no interest in convincing anyone of anything. @CKDMJ
@CKDMJ 25 күн бұрын
All creatures can feel pain, to suggest different shows how little you know about biology. Yes you are correct though, all creatures who are eaten including the ones you and I eat can feel pain. Let us also keep in mind that mice reproduce at insane rates of speed due to being at the bottom of the food chain, if you clicked your heels together today to save all the mice they would over run the planet in a short time. Are you also versed on how rodents spread diseases when their populations are not kept in check? Remember "Black Death"? Do you allow rodents to run free in your home? Have you ever hired an exterminator to get rid of pest? Your compassion is admirable, your comment is moronic.
@wigbold-rl4ve
@wigbold-rl4ve 24 күн бұрын
@@CKDMJ No, thats nonsense. You have no idea of biology. The ability to feel pain is very different. Insects have only a few neurons. Insects feel pain, but it's impossibe that they feel pain strongly. Mice feel pain strongly. You can feed the spider with insects. In nature sometimes happen that big spiders catch Birds, mices and so on but it is an exception. I saw a video when the Spider cought the mouse the guy played death metal. It hints at this guy's character 🤣 But do what you want to do. It's not forbidden. And if you use a mouse only seldom as food, iz would be ok, it would be like in nature.

Your telling me I know nothing of biology while speaking about neurology? Humorous. Not really, I have killed mice for being in my home before and no one benefited from their death. This was a mouse breed as a feeder that's death helped another survive.
