I just got mine yesterday, set it up last night and I am running it now. No issues so far. This is a do it yourself or next best thing to a paper logbook. You’re not paying a monthly fee because you need to be able to do the things that you pay the monthly fee for other services to do. if you don’t have that technical savvy, don’t get it. I will make a video as soon as I have it mastered.

had no problems with mine, but then again I did a little research and watched the instuction videos on how to set it up , you obviously use youtube, why didnt you watch a tutorial on how to set it up? instead of just thinking it will just magicly work.

Seen an older Freightliner Classic that has a window mounted A/C put right thru the back of the bunk wall, higher up where the top bunk would’ve been. Made my head tilt a little bit seeing it in all honesty, got me thinking about how the operator did it, sealing it up, etc. Have seen a few trucks with mini-splits installed, the tell-tell box mounted outside the truck. Also curious how that’s accomplished. An excellent solution for a reasonable price!!!

My truck will sometimes stay in say I’m in 5th gear, and I put it in neutral and it doesn’t wanna go back to neutral. It’s probably time to switch the stalk right? Does it sound similar to what you were going through?

Correction Detroit actually says don’t lube the o ring on the filter. The lube is for the frost membrane AFTER you slip it on around the lip and the threads and o ring of the big cup. That’s it. Otherwise nice video.

Well done. I went cheap. $300 gas 4k Watt inverter bolted on cat walk, must clear trailer turns and $200 Hisense 5k BTU. Heavy duty 25 ft cord. $650 total. Generator last 15 hours on 2 gallons

I hate this device! I’ve been in violation all week because of this thing. I’m taking my breaks like I’m supposed to. But it keeps logging me as driving. There’s no button on there to say that you’re on a break. I like to take my breaks when I’m getting loaded in the yard because I am literally just sitting in the truck not doing anything. The guy in the loader is the one that’s doing the work. But it still shows me as on duty! And if I get stopped anytime in the next couple weeks I’m gonna be in so much trouble with all these violations!

That’s a great alternative to tri-pak. I wish I would have done that myself.
