Great content guys. I’m from the Yuma and the California side area. Yes the green squares in your burrito was the nopales (cactus). They usually use prickly pear cactus and scrape off the spines (obviously) before chopping them up. They commonly use them fried with eggs for breakfast or added in to a pico de gallo style sauce. They are kinda a love it or hate type flavor. lol. And the French fries along with carne asada and usually cheese is what is commonly called a California burrito. And your last pronunciation of birria is pretty close. 👍😁. If u could roll the R’s you would have it. lol. 👍

I knew about this place as a casino but had never heard about their food. The Porterhouse deal is awesome, especially getting 2 sides and gravy with it! Waffle burger looked great too!

They should offer the same deal on the better beers for say $10.00 more. Not to mention every beer on that list is owned by the same company which is AB IN-BEV, so they all come from the same distributor.
