I haven't tried this as a sleep aid yet...more research is needed. But it definitely makes a great audio to listen to while doing things around the house, or on a drive someplace...it really feels like there's a living companion, if only for a short time. A charming little interlude in the longer grind of daily life. Very nicely done.

Great and very lovely ASMR. I got to say that after Rhaenyra Targaryen and Daenerys Targaryen, Helaena is one of my main favorite female members from the House Targaryen. Speaking as a big fan of the House Targaryen since Game of Thrones and definitely not the exception in the House of the Dragon. But in HOTD I just, I am so in love with Helaena, there is something about her and her personality that just captivates me so much. Even though she doesn't got to much protagonism. You managed to somehow get her accent since she has a notably Valyrian accent when she speaks and also she was described as the gentlest and kindest of her family. What I personally like, about her is that she prefers to stay away from politics or business that have to do with the kingdom and instead prefers to stay in her chambers isolated from people.

Reminds me a bit of the replicants from blade runner, implanted with memories but unsure if they're real or created

Plot twist: The gardener is actually an undercover Interpol agent that enlisted the Count’s help. The brambles were actually from an Audio Tech dropping the jacket while hooking up a wire. The “gardener” was actually hit with the pan but not enough to knock him out, but enough to add attempted murder/extortion/blackmail to her charges.

I came here after watching the S2 finale. Helaena is a wonderful ASMR subject, and I love this interpretation of her.
