He's using an Echosonic amp if y'all are wondering my church's band the guitar player has an Echosonic the coolest amp ever it has a built in tape loop That gives a slapback echo Only 68 or 69 amps where ever made but my church's guitarist let me borrow the amp and me and my grandpa modified my monoprice Tube amp and put in a tape loop machine and it works I use it with my homemade electric guitar

As a guitarist, nothing makes you feel more accomplished as when you get some of the guitar licks in this song down perfect. While not my preferred style of guitar work, I'll be damned if Chet isn't a top tier guitar player. Decided to learn how to play this song on a whim, and if you're not accustomed to this style, it'll throw you through loop. Took me weeks to get down the fine nuances and change ups and I've still only managed to get 90 percent of the way down pat.

I like the very matte sound, if I can describe it like that. I don't hear people achieve that when they cover it now. I guess this is the tech.

Fascinating and riveting picking technique! I had no idea he used a thumb pick, and he was effective as Heck with it! That dude was Bad! Right up there with the jazz cats I usually try to emulate. Glenn Campbell, Roy Clark, they were On Point too!
