Aw bummer about that key. Hopefully you can still enjoy the e-bike and charge the battery while it's on the bike.

I'd expect all motors to be as smooth as Bosch? I don't really understand when people say this as I have a Gen 4 bosch 2024 cube action team 160 27.5 front and rear long travel fox 170mm and the motors as smooth as anything even now with the updates and customised profiles it's like it's now got a quick launch when up to +5 on turbo of auto etc it just goes without an issue so like I said I'd have thought the better motors would be smooth?

KTM been doing it for age's, don't like that long inward design from the headtube giving a small triangle can you get a water bottle in there? And hate chrome looks nasty does look shed built like something of GMBN hacks and bodges

The bottom shock linkage definitely moved forward for a coil. Nice bike! I've had a few Marin bikes in my time, and they've always been good. This time, I went for the Cube Action Team 160. I was just curious about it, but I would definitely get another one in a second! However, my next bike is going to have the belt drive. I just got the 2024 Cube, so it will be a while. I'll give it time to iron out the issues on belt drives and the autoshifts anyway. Or add even better features! This is my first ebike so glad I waited till now to get one with the 4th Gen smart system from Bosch the earlier bikes just didn't take my fancy one bit with the camble back battery mounted on and the massive buldge afterthought of "Oh we forgot it has a motor to go in" looking frames haha!

Helpful video thank you. Just a quick question/idea, can't I just lay the bike upside down and do this without the need of lifting/holding the tire?

I just purchased one of these Trikes. Started out with an e-bike but was not comfortable. I love it. It is simple to use and is comfortable. Does not reach high speeds, but I feel the maximum speed is enough for me to enjoy the scenery and stop quickly if need be. If you are looking for higher speed you probably would not be satisfied with this one. Is there a lid available for the cargo carrier?

I commented before. So i got Gen 4 Rail 9.8 gx axs on sale for 6800 dollar. Tbh words cant explain how incredible this bike is. I have ridden several other ebikes specialized, decoy etc. Went to shop, picked the rail and in ten minutes i was amazed what this bike. The motor is a powerhouse, the build the looks. Most impressive was the balance of this bike. I also have gen 5 Slash 9.8 and the balance cant even be compared. Also my slash is 170 mm front and 160 mm rear and there is nothing that my slash can do that rail cant. All in for all this bike is just mindblowing experience. I even took it to bmx parks etx. The bike rides like a trail glider.

Put 140mm cranks on it. Your knees will thank you. I replaced the 170mm with 140mm on my Biktrix 1000 watt and it works great. Actually easier to peddle. Peddles further from the ground, so more clearance.

With soo many $1100-$1400 bikes on the market with questionable brand names and support I'm seriously considering the Rad due to it's name. Can it be "modded" to go faster?
@ebikes_org
@ebikes_org 2 ай бұрын
We can't speak to modding it, but we are certain that if you do, it will void the warranty. Some of their new e-bikes are Class 3 - hitting 28 mph. Maybe check those out!

Thanks for the review, but battery placement could be better. On cold days I would take the battery everytime out to store it Indoor. Everytime I have to frickle it through or around the Chain :/

You make a good point. I do wish I had put that in the review. The battery placement could be better or maybe the battery should be flipped around so it doesn't hit the chain. That might be the only issue I have with the bike though.

Looks a Bit of a Lump,All this Bigger is Better is Not what a Lot of People Want,Why Ride a Tank of a Bike at 26KG When one at 20Kg is More like a Bicycle ? If You go to Bike Parks You Dont Need an E Bike at all.Lighter is Always Better Even Just if You Have to Lift it over a Fence,I Tried That With Mine at 26.5kg and it Was Not Fun at all.

How long does the battery last?
@ebikes_org
@ebikes_org 2 ай бұрын
You can expect to get between 50-60 miles per charge. It depends on how you ride it, the terrain you're riding on, and the temperature outside. If you use more throttle and are riding on hills regularly, expect less, but 50 is a realistic safe number.

Maybe they should of offered it stock with the 635W battery for better value/weight with an upcharge for the 750W for those that wanted it. The angle of the motor pointing slightly down just looks wrong and no one wants a 60lbs+ emtb when the entire market is going lighter, well maybe not Norco lol Cheers on your review 😎
