Fixes for you guys cause this happened to me, if this doesnt work the first time just do it again and restart and it should work or do it till it works cause i needed to do this twice for it to work. Make sure you have spelled the NetworkAddress right when you create a new one. if it stops working for you you might be using the same numbers/letters as before and you're parents have closed the internet to that one new thing you have made, this happened to me cause I was just using DE and some random numbers but you have to use letters too cause there are more combinations so if you think it stopped working that could be why. If you restart you're pc it will not save and you have to do it all over again. Make sure you have 10 letters/numbers after the DE. If this didn't work I have no other things I can think of that could help. Just reply to this comment if this didn't work and if I can reply ill reply and see what the issue is.
