I think your just trying to convince yourself that iPhone is better...Your a photographer that depends on computational photography if your saying iPhone is better...which the Xperia does not, which is the whole point of the phone and your missing it LOL

ecosystem is a funny word as Sony does not have one. They have different devices but they do not integrate together very tight. As for the mics. Sony has fantastic mics. You can choose between the 2 stereo mics or the back mic with voice optimization. I am not sure how you tested it. I compared the Sony and iPhone lately and people were praising the Sony microphones. So I am not the only one that thinks the Sony has better mics. Same goes for the HDR 4k 60fps. Its available on the front cam for sure. Just needs the Video Pro app for this as the name suggests thats what you need to use for more serious videos. (I consider 4k HDR 60 fps as more serious) Sony sells its Vlogging Grip and mini display for vlogging with the back main cameras. Granted the front facing camera is not the best. In my test against the iPhone 15 Pro Max however I had more HDR and better colours with less sharpening and contrast which looks more film like with the front cam. The gimbal issue is an Android issue. The API is awful and the apps are barely using it

when you review a phone, you discuss everything that's good and bad about it and not just everything that you think is bad 🥴 every phone has its own shortcomings and iphone is not perfect either. iphone videos has lens flares, it takes washed out photos with yellowish tint to it, it may be good in keeping the details and taking photos in low light but it tends to make the photos too bright that black becomes gray and it's not color accurate! can't even get the skin tone right! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Th 30fps limit in gimbal apps is common to all Android phones, and not just DJI app.

I think you need to remember who will be purchasing this phone. A normal consumer with not be interested in this phone unless they are wanting to learn photography. This is really built for the professional in my opinion. Also, you will have to be willing to add items get the quality you need for professional photography.

The Sony has optical stabilization, not digital.

Just bought a Sony HDR-AS300. It lasted three days before the battery stopped charging. It gave me problems from day one. When plugged into power (usb, wall socket, batter pack) it would go directly into USB mode and I couldn't use the camera. Now it just stopped working. This camera is horrible. I guess if you get lucky and get one that works, great. But buyer beware - I know have a $300 plastic piece of crap.

You can use the Sony to stream to twitch as long as you have a hotspot, right?
