For a family of 6, I always made it in a loaf pan. No frying and less work than patties. I fried my onion and red pepper before adding it to the salmon. Ritz crackers, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, and old bay seasoning. I also added some salmon juice to moisten.

2 things... 1. I use an electric knife to slice the bread You can do 5-6 slices at a time and you don't crush it. 2. If you use the turkey drippings to help moisten the stuffing, what do you use to make gravy?

Had the same link issue and listed what measurements (for the most part) that were not mentioned. For the cinnamon & ginger powder, go with what favor profile you want more/less of… In case anyone runs into the link not working… 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup full fat yogurt

I add a little stuffing around the turkey legs & a little at the opening of the turkey but not up inside & only I add it 30minutes before the turkey is done, the rest of the stuffing goes in a pan!😋

Number 1. Never cut the ‘woody’ ends off asparagus, You snap each one individually where they naturally break. Number 2. Never season with salt off a measuring spoon 4” above the meat. Number 3, I like your general concept of this one pan meal. But I’d certainly recommend a better variety of seasonings and even a marinade especially with flank and Londonbroil/round cuts, including meat tenderizer. You at least display decent knife techniques in cutting/choping! 😊. Great concept. Better execution is my only suggestion

Stuffing is usually made with bread/bread crumbs, but down here in the south, or dressing is made with cornbread. The tastes of the two are totally different.

Ive never made a meat loaf or salmon loaf before! My first time having some sort of meat loaf was back in November at the hospital after having my baby. They provided me a nice breakfast,lunch and dinner and one of the dinners provided tonme happened to be a meat loaf with a side of peas and mushrooms and a little ball of mashed potatoes with gravy it was insanely delicious! I was wondering if a gravy would go well with salmon loaf? Thanks for the beautiful explanation on how to make this dish! I will attempt to make it for my family in hopes to have a new dinner added to my rotation!id love to have meatloaf monday, taco tuesday etc .
